Portfolio1 Asset Management Software has a variety of viewing screens that are helpful in maintaining your debt assets. The screens listed below are several of the screens that users see on a daily basis.

Welcome Screen

The Welcome Screen provides you a means to navigate to any screen within the software that you wish, however in most cases, you can access just about anything from the Main Viewing Screen. Debt buyers frequently pull data from a variety of accounts. These accounts could also be in any number of dispositions. Portfolio1 was designed to give the user instant and easy access to whatever stage an account happens to be in at the time.

Main Screen

The Main Viewing Screen pulls everything together in Portfolio1. This screen displays your current, active inventory, and provides you with detailed data on each and every individual debtor, or on an entire portfolio. The user can also access bookkeeping functions, as well as run a variety of customizable reports. Additionally, the user can gain access to the other three main divisions of the system: Sale of Accounts, Sold Accounts, and Z Accounts.

Sale of Accounts Screen

The Sale of Accounts Screen displays data on accounts that the users have tagged as "For Sale." Accounts are frequently moved from the Active Inventory to Sale of Accounts. Portfolio1 is designed to make this task an easy one. Again, the system allows a user to monitor each file on an individual basis, or this feature can break down data on a larger scale, such as by portfolio, or by client. You'll find that easy manipulation of the data is of the utmost importance when you begin moving files around.

Sold Accounts Screen

The SOLD file houses the files that you have (take a guess)...that's right...Sold. The typical user does not want this data clogging up their active inventory, but, obviously, it is important to maintain your history with an account, or a portfolio. The SOLD section accomplishes this objective for you, and it's amazingly easy.

Z Accounts Screen

"Z" Accounts are those that are dead files to the user. (Not to be confused with "deceased"). These are files that can no longer be collected upon, or sold. The user can essentially do nothing with these files, and obviously we don't want those files being a part of our active inventory, or sale of accounts. These would be moved to the Z Tables. They include accounts that have been paid in full (or settled), previously settled prior to purchase, bankrupt, deceased, or a variety of other issues that would result in closing the file permanently.

Outsource Agency Screen

The Outsource Screen allows you to track specific data on accounts that you may have placed with an outsource agency. Portfolio1 will track your placement dates, recall dates, remit history, and much much more.
